Tentsmuir Forest is a large area of forestry situated on the Fife side of the estuary.

It is a popular place for picnics and barbecues. Along the edge is Kinshaldy beach one of the best and cleanest beaches in the area.

The forest is home to a variety of birds and wildlife including Roe Deer.
